* Mandatory involvement of security agency Alarm West if the number of participants exceeds 100 - Alarm West is authorized BBI Security Agency and must ensure the extension of the Centre and all major conferences on the Square in order to coordinate the protection of the Square and the building itself.

The involvement of security agency Alarm West is mandatory if the setting of equipment (stage) is done earlier, before the event, so that the equipment is secured at night.

Required activities from BBI Centre and organization costs and useful information provided by BBI Centre:

• Peak power price 17.50 KM / kW (summer season), 22.68 KM / kW (winter season) (ONLY IF THE ORGINAZATOR CAN’T PROVIDE ELEKTRICITY FROM ELEKTROPRIVREDA BiH)

• Power consumption costs of electricity, administrative processing, organizational help of the BBI Center personnel (only if needed), marketing support and other costs will be estimated after all data on this form is submitted. Payment of these costs shall be made in advance

• Authorized persons of the BBI Center retain the right to check the power of engaged electronic devices during a promotional event on the Square of BBI Centre

• Distance of objects (stage) from the BBI Bank Feroelektro building must be 5 meters at least

• Required delivery of a disposition of equipment on the Square which must be approved by the BBI Centre

• Type of power connector that can be provided to the event organizer (three-phase; the plug 16A or 32A)

• Port locations are on the entrances of garage A or B on the square in front of BBI Centre

• The organizer is obligated to take care about garbage and waste DURING AND AFTER THE EVENT. IN CASE OF FAILURE, BBI Center will invoice a penalty in amount of 200, 00 KM (minimum) depending on actual costs spent on maintenance of the square.

• The obligation of the organizer is to prepare the appropriate area of the Square before setting the equipment used for realization of events

• The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of their electronic installations and the connection (inside or on the Square). BBI CENTER SUPPORTS ENVIRONMENTAL ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS AND DISPOSAL PROCESS, SELECTING OF WASTE BEFORE DISPOSAL AND / OR REMOVAL OF LANDFILL
